Common Questions

When does the Island Park salon open?

We haven't set a date yet. Join the waitlist on this page and we'll email you the moment we have one. Until then our Ronkonkoma and East Northport salons are open and take bookings online.

What will Island Park offer?

Dog grooming: Full Service haircuts, Bath & Brush, and walk-in services such as nail trims, face trims, teeth brushing and ear cleaning. Daycare and boarding stay at our Ronkonkoma salon.

Will the prices be the same as the other salons?

Yes. Grooming is priced by your dog's weight, not breed, and it's the same at every Lillian Ruff salon.

Where can I get a groom in the meantime?

Ronkonkoma (835 Portion Rd, open 7 days) or East Northport (16 Laurel Rd, Tuesday to Saturday). Both book online in under a minute.

Can I apply to work at Island Park?

Yes. We're hiring groomers, bathers and front desk staff for the new salon. See the Work With Us page.

Need a groom before we open?

Both of our salons take bookings now, at the same prices Island Park will have.
