Most dogs benefit from professional grooming every 4-8 weeks, depending on breed, coat type, and lifestyle. Long-haired breeds like Poodles or Shih Tzus may need more frequent visits, while short-haired breeds can go longer between appointments.
Full Service and Bath & Brush grooming require appointments to ensure we can give your pet the time and attention they deserve. However, our Add-On services (Face Trim, Sanitary Cut, Nail Trim, Teeth Brushing, and Ear Cleaning) are available as walk-ins - no appointment needed!
A Full Service grooming session takes 1-1.5 hours depending on your dog's size and coat condition. Bath & Brush services are completed in 30-45 minutes. We never rush your pet!
Our experienced groomers are specially trained to handle nervous pets with patience, care, and lots of positive reinforcement. We take breaks as needed and use calming techniques. Please let us know about any behavioral concerns when booking.
We exclusively use our own Lillian Ruff professional-grade products, crafted with natural ingredients that are safe for all coat types and sensitive skin. We also offer hypoallergenic options upon request.
For safety and to help your pet stay calm, we ask that owners wait in our comfortable lobby or return at pickup time. Most pets are actually calmer and more cooperative when their owners aren't present!
