Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Lillian Ruff Pet Spa wants every dog owner to be able to learn about our services, find our salons and book an appointment, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This page explains where we are and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In practice we work to keep:

• text readable, with body text at least 16px on phones and colour contrast that meets AA;
• every button and link usable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline;
• tap targets at least 44 by 44 pixels on touch screens;
• images described with alternative text, and decorative images hidden from screen readers;
• hours and policies written in plain text, never only inside an image or a video;
• motion reduced for people who have asked their device for less motion.

Where we still fall short

We review the site regularly and fix what we find. As of October 10, 2026, we know about these gaps and are working on them:

• Some older blog posts use images without a full description.
• Our online booking runs on a third-party system (MoeGo). We pass on any problems you report, but we cannot change it ourselves. You can always book by phone instead.
